Datuk Sivakumar is a specialist in Safety, Health, Environmental and Engineering services. He was environmental consultant for Penang Second Bridge, Klang Valley MRT, Klang Valley LRT, East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), Lebuhraya Pantai Timur (LPT) and many federal highways in Malaysia.
He has developed Malaysian Standards for building demolition MS2318:2012 . His consultancy covers entire Malaysia and some of international countries like Vietnam and Cambodia. Besides focus in business development, Datuk always mentoring students from primary schools, secondary schools, polytechnics and universities. He used to provide financial aid for many students to further studies and he takes care many blind families.
He also active in UTHM since 2012. He was deputy president of UTHM from 2014 until 2021. Therefore, UTHM take pride to introduce and recognize Datuk Dr.Sivakumar as an expert in the field of Safety, Health, Environmental and Engineering
